Speech Pathologist | Adult Caseload | NDIS | Multiple Sydney Locations Are you a Speech Pathologist looking for a flexible, community-based role where you can make a genuine impact? Join a supportive team delivering high-quality, person-centred services to predominantly adult NDIS participants across multiple locations in Sydney. About the Role This role focuses on adult participants with communication and swallowing needs related to physical, intellectual, neurological, and acquired conditions. You’ll manage your own caseload across community and clinic settings, working closely with families, support coordinators, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver meaningful, functional outcomes. Key Responsibilities You will deliver Speech Pathology services aligned with NDIS goals, including assessment, intervention, and reporting across a diverse adult caseload. This includes conducting speech, language, communication, AAC, and cognitive-communication assessments, as well as dysphagia assessments where appropriate. You’ll also develop and implement therapy plans targeting communication function, social interaction, AAC use, and swallowing safety. A key part of the role involves collaborating with families, carers, and support coordinators to ensure goals are functional and person-centred, as well as maintaining accurate documentation, reports, and progress notes in line with NDIS requirements. You bring strong clinical reasoning and report writing skills and ideally have exposure to AAC or adult disability work. Most importantly, you’re someone who values person-centred care and enjoys supporting clients to improve communication, independence, and community participation.
