About the Role We are seeking Speech Pathologists to support NDIS participants across a mixed caseload of adults and paediatrics . This is a community-based role where no two days are the same. You will work across a variety of settings including homes, schools, workplaces, and community environments. Key responsibilities include: Delivering evidence-based speech pathology assessments and interventions Managing a diverse caseload across both adult and paediatric participants Developing tailored therapy plans aligned with participant goals and NDIS outcomes Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team Building strong relationships with participants, families, and support networks Participating in regular team meetings, supervision, and mentoring About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology Membership with Speech Pathology Australia Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset A flexible and positive approach to work A commitment to ongoing professional development A valid driver's licence A current NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check Experience within disability or NDIS settings is desirable, but not essential.
