The role: You’ll lead a team of around 10–12 contact centre sales agents, with a strong focus on coaching, development and performance uplift. A large portion of your time will be spent identifying skill gaps, improving call quality and helping agents become more confident, consistent performers. What you’ll be doing: Coach and develop agents to improve conversion, call structure and customer engagement Use call reviews, live observation and sales data to identify improvement areas Run structured coaching sessions with clear action plans and follow-up Lead daily huddles, performance reviews and team communication Monitor individual and team sales metrics and respond to trends quickly Provide real-time feedback and support on the sales floor Help drive a strong culture of accountability, energy and continuous improvement Support broader change initiatives as the business evolves What we’re looking for: You’ll bring proven experience leading sales teams in a contact centre environment , along with the ability to balance performance expectations with genuine people leadership.
