What You’ll Do: Respond to Customer Enquiries : Action requests face-to-face, over the phone, and via email regarding pricing and electrical product information. Support Counter Sales : Deliver excellent customer service, respond to sales enquiries, and prepare and send quotes. Engage with Suppliers : Liaise directly with suppliers to ensure smooth communication and accurate information flow. Manage Stock Control : Oversee re-stocking of shelves and pick and pack orders to maintain efficient operations. Assist with Operations : Provide support with ad-hoc tasks and management requests as required. What You’ll Bring: Bring Energy and Personality : Be an upbeat and personable professional with experience in customer service and/or sales. Apply Industry Knowledge : Ideally bring experience within the electrical wholesale sector or related industries such as construction, industrial supply or solar.
