We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Office Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced office environment based in Melbourne’s South East. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being across multiple tasks and keeping things running smoothly day-to-day. The Role This position will see you supporting the wider team across front-of-house, administration, and office coordination duties. You will play a key role in ensuring the office is well-organised, presentable, and operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities Managing front desk and visitor coordination Supporting contractor and visitor compliance processes Assisting with general administration, including invoice matching and purchase orders Coordinating onboarding materials for new starters Maintaining office presentation, kitchens, and shared spaces Managing stock levels of office supplies and consumables Liaising with internal teams to support day-to-day operations Troubleshooting general office and system-related issues About You Energetic and hands-on with a proactive approach Comfortable working in a role that involves movement and variety Strong organisational and multitasking skills Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset Reliable and able to work autonomously What’s on Offer Immediate start available for up to 4 months Supportive and team-oriented environment Varied role with plenty of scope to get involved Convenient South East Melbourne location If you enjoy a role where no two days are the same and like being the go-to person in the office, we’d love to hear from you.
