Operating across both development and construction, this business is involved from site acquisition and project feasibility through to design management, construction delivery, and project completion, offering full control across the entire project lifecycle. Due to a strong and growing pipeline of work, an opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to join the team in an immediate start position. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects at varying stages, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. This is a role where your ability to manage complexity, drive outcomes, and maintain attention to detail will be key to delivering high-quality results. The Role In this position, you will: Drive projects from initial planning, design coordination, and pre-construction through to delivery Manager $200M pipeline across 4–5 local projects over the next 2 years Coordinate design, procurement, and delivery phases across each project Oversee budgets, programmes, and project performance Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, cost, and time expectations Monitor risk, resolve issues, and drive project outcomes Maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle Ensure compliance with WHS and regulatory requirements You will be someone who can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality outcomes. About You If you are a Project Manager who enjoys working across multiple projects and thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. You will bring: Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry Experience managing multiple projects concurrently Strong understanding of design and construct project delivery Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to manage stakeholders and build strong working relationships Commercial awareness across budgets, contracts, and project performance A proactive, solutions-focused mindset You take ownership of your projects, communicate effectively, and are driven to deliver outcomes that meet both client and business expectations.
