The caseload spans the lifespan and includes Support at Home, aged care, NDIS and private clients, with a strong focus on functional outcomes, independence and participation. This role combines clinical practice with leadership, supporting both service delivery and team development. You will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, contribute to mentoring clinicians and students, and play a key role in growing allied health services in the Toowoomba region. The practice has established referral pathways, strong administrative support, and flexibility for clinicians to develop areas of clinical interest or specialty.
