A well-established business in the infrastructure and construction support space is looking for a Branch Manager to take ownership of their NSW branch. You’ll be responsible for the full operational performance of the NSW branch. That means: Leading a team of 10 Overseeing assets and equipment Keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly (without micromanaging) Managing costs, utilisation, transport, overtime and overall P&L performance Working closely with sales to align delivery with pipeline Stepping in when needed (this is not a desk-only role) You could come from: Hire / rental Transport / logistics Waste management Automotive Construction services Any fast-paced operational environment What You’ll Walk Into A busy, active branch servicing projects across NSW Established team with experienced operators and supervisors Strong national leadership support A business that is growing and investing in its people No two days are the same in this industry.
