Join us in playing a special role in the future of aged care. About the Role This role's primary purpose is to deliver a seamless and efficient recruitment, onboarding, and cross-boarding experience. Additionally, it ensures precise support for employment compliance and administration, thereby fostering a well-organised and compliant HR environment. Provide comprehensive support to the People and Culture, Payroll, and Operations teams, ensuring an integrated and efficient approach to core HR data management. Prepare detailed and compliant letters of offer and contracts in alignment with internal policies, procedures, and relevant legislation. Oversee the coordination and timely follow-up of new starter documentation, including the completion of all mandatory background checks. Ensure meticulous maintenance of personnel records, guaranteeing adherence to core HR requirements and best practices. Address general employment enquiries related to conditions and entitlements with precision and escalate issues as necessary, providing expert guidance and support. Cultivate and sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders, particularly Managers and Business Partners to ensure seamless HR operations and support.
