Sydney CBD Permanent Full Time $89K - $100K Inc Super Landlord-side opportunity with a leading property owner Our client is a well-regarded property owner with a premium A-Grade commercial asset in the Sydney CBD. They are looking to appoint a Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a high-profile commercial building, working closely with an experienced in-house Facilities and Property Management team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who has already worked in commercial facilities management, or for someone with a technical maintenance background looking to move into a landlord-side role with excellent long-term development. Key responsibilities Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service contractors across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, lifts, and other essential building services Support the Facilities Manager with the day-to-day operations of an A-Grade commercial asset Assist with contractor supervision, work order management, and service delivery across the building Help manage tenant requests and ensure issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner Assist with budgeting, reporting, procurement, and general facilities administration Contribute to sustainability initiatives and performance outcomes, including NABERS-related support About you MUST have previous experience in Facilities managing Commercial Property.
