About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Family Services Support Worker to join our team. Key duties will include: Supporting and facilitating weekly playgroup sessions in collaboration with the Family Services team Engaging with parents and children to encourage participation and community connection Assisting with planning and development of play-based learning activities Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants during sessions Cleaning, sanitising and safely storing equipment after each session Maintaining attendance records and handling customer payments where required Providing information, advice and referrals about Holdsworth services and programs Supervising volunteers and student placements involved in program delivery Attending team meetings and contributing to program planning and reviews Assisting with Holdsworth events including preparation, set-up, participation and pack-down Reporting incidents, concerns and hazards to management Using Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word and Excel for communication, documentation and reporting
