You will act as a strategic partner to leadership - streamlines daily tasks and to-dos, supports healthier work-life balance, makes time for focused work, enhances communication and follow-through, helps leadership stay agile as plans shift, clears mental space for creative thinking and strengthens collaboration across an APAC Sales organization. You will perform a wide range of tasks, handle details of a confidential and critical nature, while using your experience to proactively address potential problems and ensure an efficiently functioning team. WHAT YOU WILL DO Operating with an AI first mindset, leveraging smart technology to bring insights and efficiency to daily operations Provide end-to-end administrative support including complex calendar management across global time zones Proactively prioritize meetings and commitments to align with business objectives Prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and track action items to closure Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment Serve as a key liaison between the leadership and internal/external stakeholders Draft, edit, and coordinate emails, presentations, and executive materials Partner closely with other Executive Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, and cross-functional teams Manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, accommodations, and expenses Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, offsites, and team events Support expense reporting, purchase orders, and vendor coordination Maintain organized documentation and records Assist with onboarding new team members and team communications Continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE Experience supporting Director , or equivalent in large Software companies, is preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant role, supporting senior leaders Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail Experience working in a global, matrixed organization Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate leadership needs High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this role.
