You'll be joining a small, collaborative governance team that sits at the centre of audit oversight and plays a critical role in ensuring effective engagement with external audit partners. The team operates with high visibility and works closely with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders. About the Role This role sits within the Audit Governance function and focuses on both BAU activities and a significant audit transition programme. Key responsibilities include: Leading audit governance activities such as fees analysis, board reporting, and audit compliance oversight Acting as the primary relationship manager for external audit providers Supporting the transition between external auditors, including coordination, process redesign, and implementation Managing multiple stakeholders across the business and external partners Balancing BAU delivery with project-driven work in a fast-paced, changing environment About You CA/CPA Qualified with a degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related discipline 5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally within financial services or professional services A background in external audit (Big 4 or similar preferred) Strong communication skills, with a proactive approach and attention to detail Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across all levels Experience in project delivery, process improvement, or transformation initiatives Apply Now Advertised by Abhisha Pradhan
