Fetch Recruitment are currently seeking Experienced Grader Operators for immediate starts across Daunia Mine , Peak Downs Mine and Blackwater . If you’re confident on production graders in a coal mining environment and looking for consistent 7/7 work — we want to hear from you. This is a strong opportunity to secure ongoing work with reputable mining contractors on well-established sites. Position Overview: • 7/7 Rotating Roster • 12-hour shifts (Day Shift) • $65/hr Casual • FIFO ex-Brisbane or DIDO options available • Immediate mobilisation • Camp accommodation & meals supplied onsite Key Responsibilities: • Operating graders on haul roads and mine infrastructure • Road maintenance, drainage, and final trim work • Working within site production targets • Conducting pre-starts and maintaining equipment to site standards • Following strict mine site safety procedures Mandatory Requirements: • Minimum 2 years’ Grader experience in a coal mining environment • Current Standard 11 (Statement of Attainment) • Current Coal Board Medical • Valid Driver’s Licence • Multi skilled operators What’s On Offer: • Competitive hourly rate • Ongoing, stable 7/7 roster • Established mining sites with structured systems • Support from a dedicated recruitment team throughout mobilisation If you meet the above criteria and are available to start ASAP, please send your resume and current tickets to: anton.smith@fetchrecruit.com.au SCR-anton-smith
