Communications Specialist Shape the conversation at Cox Automotive Australia. We’re looking for a Communications Specialist to lead internal communications and help keep our people informed, engaged and aligned to business priorities, across our broad, diverse and dynamic organisation. About the Role Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Manager, you’ll own internal communications across Cox Automotive Australia. You’ll work closely with leaders, HR and Marketing to translate strategy into clear, timely and engaging messages, while also supporting selected corporate and marketing communications. Key Responsibilities Lead internal communications across the business Translate strategy and priorities into clear, audience-appropriate messaging Plan, write and deliver communications across agreed internal channels Partner with HR and leaders on engagement and change communications Manage internal communication channels and distribution lists Develop communication plans, schedules and campaigns Brief and work with the internal Design Team on digital, print and video content Support corporate and external communications as required Assist the Marketing team during peak periods (e.g. EOFY) About You Essential Proven experience delivering internal communications in a complex organisation Excellent writing and editing skills Experience developing communication plans and schedules Proactive employee and stakeholder engagement skills, together with ability to craft stories into engaging internal communications.
