About the Role We’re seeking a driven, professional Geotechnical Engineer to join our growing team in QLD – role can be based in Brisbane/Cairns/Townsville/Sunshine Coast/Gold Coast . In this role you’ll see yourself conducting both detail design and site investigations on a diverse portfolio of projects where your technical knowledge and initiative will truly make an impact. Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Take ownership of small projects or key components of larger projects, including planning, resourcing, and execution Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure quality, coordination, and timely delivery Contribute to the commercial success of projects and the broader team Apply sound project management principles to deliver outcomes on time and to a high standard Independently undertake technical tasks across a broad range of geotechnical projects Prepare technical reports, proposals, and recommendations Monitor project scope, risks, and performance across multiple assignments Build and maintain strong client relationships About You You’re a proactive and capable engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment.
