About the Role Coordinating Projects: Manage work packs at different stages of completion by subcontractors, liaising with various stakeholders to gain approvals, access and community awareness of works taking place. You will be working in an Projects operations hub, driving effective solutions to ensure productivity, production and customer experiences are met. Effective organisational skills are highly regarded to manage scheduled customer events, mitigating risk through quick thinking operational decisions Organise/book training Prioritise and manage all known tasks at risk, following set process and procedures to achieve the best solution for all applicable tasks. Process & Detail orientated Communication: Provide clear and consistent updates to stakeholders, including project teams, contractors, management and community. What we're looking for MDU (multi dwelling unit) NBN project experience a strong advantage Experience in a similar role within project operations Fixed NBN project experience/civil works experience highly regarded Demonstrated experience using Office 365 Suite of applications Attention to detail and the ability to work in a high paced project environment.
