Opportunity for Ongoing Part-Time Casual Work as a Dental Assistant – Immediate Start! Flexiforce is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Dental Assistant for a Dental Clinic in Bowral. This is an ongoing casual position. 1 day per week, every Wednesday. Immediate start. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and also be willing to undergo additional training on the job. Important Notice: This is a smoke-free dental practice. As a clinical healthcare environment, strict infection control and hygiene practices are maintained, including a no smoking policy. Main Tasks: Sterilising dental instruments and equipment, using high-pressure cleaning systems including an autoclave Maintaining a tidy and organised clinical environment, including cleaning up after dental procedures Assisting the Dental Practitioner with chairside support, when required Ensuring infection control and hygiene standards are consistently met Supporting general day-to-day operations, as directed About You: Previous experience in a similar role is essential Willingness to undertake training and develop skills further Strong work ethic Well-presented, smart, and professional A quick learner with the ability to follow instructions accurately Reliability is a MUST!
