We’re delighted to be partnering with Bendooley Estate to find a friendly and highly organised Human Resources Coordinator. Set within one of the Southern Highlands’ most iconic hospitality venues, this role is integral to supporting a positive and well-run employee experience across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Working closely with managers and staff, you will play a key role in coordinating recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day people operations, helping ensure the team at Bendooley Estate is supported, engaged and set up for success. This is a part-time role of approximately 15–20 hours per week. The days and hours are flexible, with shorter daily hours that may suit someone looking to balance work with family, study, or other commitments. Working closely with the leadership team, you will support a broad range of HR functions to ensure processes are organised, compliant and people focused. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end to end recruitment across multiple departments Manage job advertising and applicant screening Conduct initial candidate interviews before introducing suitable applicants to managers Prepare employment contracts and assist with new employee onboarding Maintain employee records and HR documentation Assist with annual leave planning, staffing guides and budgeting Support salary review preparation and HR reporting Coordinate immigration documentation where required Review and maintain job descriptions Assist managers with employee matters and people development Support staff recognition initiatives such as birthdays and service milestones What We’re Looking For You are organised, approachable and enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure things run smoothly.
