Business Development Manager | Plumbing & Trade Services Territory: Sydney & Central Coast (North Sydney focus) Salary: $120K – $150K Base Super Uncapped Commission Company Car Working Model: Field-Based (Remote, working from home and on the field) Industry: Plumbing / Trade Services (on the tools or closely aligned) Experience: Proven track record selling into strata, property management, or commercial environments (essential) The Opportunity This is a targeted hire for an experienced BDM who understands the trade services, plumbing, or construction space. You’ll be joining a growing business that already delivers consistent job volume and is now focused on expanding into strata, facilities management, and commercial contracts. This role is about winning new business in markets you already know - leveraging your existing relationships and industry knowledge to build a strong, repeatable pipeline.
