The Birches provides dementia-friendly permanent and respite accommodation for 44 residents, including one Sub-Acute Palliative Care bed. We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality care to residents living with dementia. In this role, you will deliver person-centred care, support residents with their daily needs, and work closely with families and the multidisciplinary team to create a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. You will bring experience in working with residents with dementia, or a genuine willingness to learn and develop your skills in this area, with an understanding of their unique needs, behaviours, and communication approaches.
