Accountabilities Include But Are Not Limited To Manage a program of work focusing on policy advice and enhancements for Customer Systems and Assurance, incorporating the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. This program will include policy and legislative investigations and customer improvements, leveraging AI-driven research, data analysis, and stakeholder consultation to streamline processes and enhance decision-making. Lead the policy aspect of projects in the Customer Systems and Assurance Program of Work including investigation, provision of advice, preparation, and review of a range of complex documents including policy options papers, reports, briefing notes, cabinet submissions, discussion papers, communication, as well as departmental and other correspondence in accordance with departmental standards and to set timeframes. Building and maintaining effective networks and professional relationships, as well as consulting and negotiating with stakeholders. Provide specialist advice to Managers, Directors and Executives, and key stakeholders relating to legislation and policy frameworks. To be considered suitable for the role you will have: Ability to analyse complex policy issues, interpret legislative and regulatory frameworks, and develop strategic policy recommendations that align with the department's priorities. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the capacity to articulate policy positions clearly and succinctly to a diverse range of stakeholders including effectively collaborating with internal and external partners to facilitate informed decision-making.
