The Opportunity Reporting to the National Manager and working with another Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving both new business development and account growth, ensuring strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets and expanding market presence. Key responsibilities include: Managing and growing sales revenue across the WA market Identifying and developing new customers and business opportunities Maintaining and strengthening relationships with key accounts and distributors Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to quotation, negotiation, and close Preparing sales reports and providing regular updates to management Monitoring customer activity, spend trends, and opportunities for additional products Gathering and sharing market intelligence, pricing trends, and competitor activity About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in Business Development Exposure to the industrial, manufacturing, or construction sectors A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Excellent relationship building and customer engagement skills The ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into revenue Strong organisational and time management abilities Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Current up to date drivers licence Why Apply?
