About This Role Your new role: As a Clinical Nurse (NG6.1) within the Transit Care Hub, you will deliver advanced nursing care to clinically appropriate patients while providing senior clinical leadership across patient transitions, transfers and discharge processes. This is a nurse-led, fast-paced service where your expertise directly supports patient flow, safety and hospital capacity. Working autonomously and collaboratively, you will act as a key clinical decision-maker and support innovation across the Patient Flow Program. In This Role, You Will Provide advanced assessment, coordination and care for patients transiting in and out of hospital services Lead clinical decision-making to support safe, timely patient flow and discharge Supervise, mentor and support nursing staff across shifts and service demands Contribute to quality improvement, safety initiatives and system redesign About You You are an experienced Registered Nurse who thrives in complex, dynamic environments and understands how strong clinical leadership improves patient flow and outcomes.
