Position Details Role Title: Team Leader Location: Toowong, Brisbane Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30-5:00pm Reporting to: Area Manager About the Role In this role, you’ll lead a team of 4–6 consultants while managing a small caseload and delivering client‑focused, purpose‑driven services. You’ll collaborate with employers, insurers, and health professionals to support optimal recovery outcomes, spend time in workplaces to enable safe return‑to‑work plans, educate employers on injury prevention, and provide clear, evidence‑based reporting that drives meaningful results.
