Your first project will be a mixed-use development in Darra, circa $10M–$15M, before moving into a strong pipeline of work across Brisbane. This role is suited to a PM who wants to run their own jobs with autonomy and accountability, leading delivery from pre-construction through to handover. Own programme, cost and subcontractor performance end-to-end Lead your CA and site team to deliver projects successfully Manage client relationships and key stakeholders Help mentor and develop members of your team The Company You’ll be joining a boutique builder operating across SEQ, known for delivering quality projects and maintaining strong, repeat client relationships. With projects delivered up to ~$80M, they operate across industrial, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.
