We have enjoyed significant growth in recent years and are looking to recruit four Pick Packer/ Loader to join our strong and dedicated team based in Forrestfield. We have day, afternoon and night positions available. Your Role - We are seeking to engage employees with a strong and stoic work ethic to join our high paced and dedicated team. The role is demanding and exceptionally physical, however, unlike a gym, we pay you to stay in shape and be the best version of yourself you can be. Key Responsibilities · Unloading a variety of freight types from shipping containers · Manually handling cartons, pallets · Sorting and staging unloaded products. · Palletising goods and preparing freight for storage · Conducting basic freight checks for damages or discrepancies · Maintaining a clean and safe work environment · Following all workplace health and safety procedures About you · Previous experience in container unloading or pick packing or loading trucks or warehouse operations · Reliability (Available to work at least 5 days per week) · Strong work ethic · Ability to work cohesively within a team environment · Solid attention to detail · Strong emphasis to workplace safety · Physically fit and healthy - able to lift 15kg or more repetitively · Forklift licence (advantageous but not a requirement)
