You'll work across workshop operations, customer support and field service, ensuring medical devices are maintained to the highest standards. If you're an engineer who loves precision, problem-solving and continuous improvement, this role will suit you well. About the role You'll be responsible for repairing, testing and supporting medical devices while maintaining high operational and quality standards. Key duties include: Inspecting, testing, quoting and repairing incoming medical device service jobs Managing daily activities and workflow within the technical workshop Processing service and repair work in SAP and maintaining accurate documentation Providing technical troubleshooting support via phone and occasional field visits Ensuring workshop metrics, quality procedures and ISO 9001:2008 requirements are met About you You're a technically minded problem-solver with strong engineering foundations and a passion for high-quality service. You will bring: An engineering degree (biomedical preferred, but electrical, mechanical or related fields welcome) Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience supporting complex equipment Ability to coach and support technicians, and communicate clearly with customers High attention to detail, quality focus and commitment to continuous improvement Confidence using software systems, including Microsoft Office and SAP If you're ready to apply your engineering skills to meaningful work that supports healthcare, we'd love to hear from you.
