Store Opening Hours: Mon-Sun, 10:00-19:00 (subject to change) Store Location: Sydney CBD About the Role Purchase luxury items brought into the store by customers Take product photos and liaise with the appraisal department for assessment Propose purchase prices based on professional evaluations Handle overseas export arrangements of purchased products Attend customers for both buy and sell at the store Build lasting relationships with the customers Effectively communicate about evaluations and pricing to our loyal customers; and Perform all transactions in line with corporate proceudres and legislative requirements This is an ideal position for someone commercially minded, detail-oriented, and confident in customer negotiations. Skills & Experience We are looking for candidates who: Have fluent English communication skills Have previous experience in luxury retail or target-driven sales (preferred) Thrive in competitive, results-driven environments Are motivated by performance-based income Have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Have flexibility for shift works Industry beginners are welcome, as comprehensive training and manuals will be provided.
