What this job involves Coordinate the facilities management in a mix of Owned Properties and Leased Premises within the designated Telstra portfolio. Support the service delivery functions of Telstra Client tenants and Facilities Managers. Act as the on-site lead for all workplace and facilities operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the office. Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, vendors, and internal staff, including senior executives. Oversee building maintenance, repairs, vendor management, and Landlord liaison. Management and monitoring of the status of work orders raised through Corrigo Point of contact for Facilities management within Telstra Respond promptly to issues and emergencies, taking ownership and resolving them effectively. Deliver an exceptional workplace experience by anticipating needs and going above and beyond. Identify process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes from a facilities and experience standpoint. Support event setups, meeting room coordination, and hospitality services. Support with on-site car-parking issues. Adhere to JLL’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firms guidelines, procedures and Strategies. Performance objectives Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferable Strong communicator –possesses strong verbal & written communication skills, also an active listener Self-motivated & confident Flexible – able to adapt to rapidly changing situations Is a team player – able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets Exhibits honesty & trustworthiness Open to new ideas & willing to challenge status quo This is an onsite roll 5 days a week.
