Key responsibilities include Greeting all customers and projecting a positive, motivated and friendly image to guests and staff Assisting with all customer enquiries, or requests regarding products and services Providing efficient and accurate service of food & beverage items to customers in bar areas and/or functions Restaurant duties; including table preparation, food & beverage service and cleaning duties Suggestive selling of menu items Bar service, where required Building and maintaining positive customer relationships, across a broad range of diverse cultures Essential Criteria for La Piazza staff Must have experience working in an al a carte restaurant environment Exceptional communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently or as a part of a team Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) Flexibility to work when required including evenings and weekends Must have RSA and RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain) If you are ready to take on a new challenge, are passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests and you meet the above requirements, we would love to hear from you!
