About the opportunity Because of you, data will support strategy build, drive performance & make meaningful industry impact Healthcare Professionals Group are partnering exclusively to appoint a commercially minded Data and Insights Analyst to elevate decision making across ANZ. In this role, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that directly influence sales strategy, pricing decisions, and business performance. Working closely with Sales, Finance and Leadership teams, you will take ownership of reporting, forecasting and analytics across both companion and large animal portfolios. You will lead dashboard development, sales modelling and KPI reporting, while also supporting territory planning, sales force effectiveness and promotional return on investment analysis. A key focus of the role is rebate analysis, including tracking, validation and reporting to ensure accuracy and commercial optimisation. This is a high-impact position where your insights will shape strategy, improve performance visibility and support critical business decisions.
