We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Centre Manager to lead The Loft's operations, drive business growth and cultivate an exceptional community experience. Reporting to the Operations Lead, Flexible Solutions, ANZ, you will be the face of The Loft – responsible for attracting best-fit companies, delivering outstanding customer service and achieving strong financial performance. Working closely with our Community Manager and Concierge team, you will create a thriving environment where members genuinely connect, collaborate and grow their businesses. An overview of the role: Sales & Business Development · Identify, qualify and convert leads seeking office space and desks · Organise and host compelling tours that showcase The Loft's unique offering · Drive occupancy and revenue targets through effective sales process management · Develop business opportunities through marketing, digital channels, events and strategic partnerships · Represent The Loft at external and internal events Programme Development & Management · Design and deliver relevant, engaging content-based events that align with member needs · Curate diverse event formats and series · Source quality speakers and participants · Promote events effectively to drive attendance and engagement Operations · Act as the principal point of contact for clients, members and the community · Assume responsibility for financial performance, accounting and reporting · Achieve annual business objectives and KPIs, including customer satisfaction targets · Manage on-site operations, building management relationships and vendor partnerships · Continuously improve systems and processes · Maintain and expand relationships with local businesses and third-party suppliers Team Management · Recruit, train and develop your on-site team · Lead, motivate and manage team performance · Conduct annual performance reviews with clear objectives Sound like you?
