About the Role We are seeking a passionate and motivated Mentor to join our team at Eastern Guruma. In this role, you will support employees across site by providing guidance, coaching, and practical support to help them succeed in their roles and grow their careers. You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships, supporting development, and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Build strong, trusting relationships with employees (mentees) Provide guidance, coaching and support to help employees navigate workplace challenges Assist with onboarding, including welcoming new starters and site orientation Support goal setting, development plans and performance improvement Work closely with Project Managers and site leadership teams Provide regular reports on mentoring activities and progress Participate in site meetings, toolbox talks and team discussions Promote a culture of inclusion, respect and continuous improvement About us We are one of Australia’s most successful Aboriginal business that is 100% owned by members of the traditional owner group Eastern Guruma.
