The Projects & Operations Officer provides direct operational and administrative support to the Manufacturing Operations Manager, helping to keep production, warehouse & logistics, supply chain, and equipment and facilities functions running smoothly. You will be proactive, well organised and comfortable operating across multiple operational domains. Key Responsibilities: Coordination across business units - managing the flow of information, tracking projects and actions, and ensuring nothing is missed. Day-to-day support to the Manager; scheduling, action tracking, documentation, and reporting. Maintaining registers, timelines, and milestone tracking across all functional areas. Seeking and collating information as required, in preparation of update meetings. SOP and records support, audit and corrective planning/action tracking, TGA-aligned. Acting as a connective layer between the Manager and the operational teams.
