What you’ll do: Manage high-volume recruitment for travel nurses, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate and manage shift requests efficiently across multiple healthcare sites. Handle daily inbound and outbound calls with urgency and professionalism. Support credentialing, workforce planning, and continuity of care. About you: Experienced in fast-paced recruitment environments, ideally within healthcare or nursing agency recruitment. Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and attention to detail. Confident handling high call volumes with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
