ABOUT YOU You will bring: 3 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within mining, construction, heavy industrial, or other high-volume environments. Experience running high-volume end-to-end recruitment activities (advertising, shortlisting, phone screening, interviews, pre-employment checks). Strong communication skills and confidence working alongside senior operational leaders. Proven ability to work autonomously, manage shifting priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
