About the role At Konica Minolta, our Field Service teams are at the heart of what we deliver to customers every day. As National Manager – Field Service, you'll provide the strategic leadership and operational oversight that ensures our service delivery is consistent, high-quality, and commercially strong, from first installation through the lifetime of every customer relationship. Reporting to the General Manager - Managed Services, this is a senior national leadership role with real scope to shape how we work, how we perform, and how we grow. Requirements What you'll bring Proven senior leadership experience in field service, customer service, or technical service operations, ideally within the print, imaging, or IT industry Strong commercial acumen Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and driving consistent performance across regions A track record of building and influencing relationships at all levels A collaborative, coaching-led leadership style What you'll be doing You'll lead field service delivery across all regions, working closely with your teams and key stakeholders to drive performance, manage risk, and deliver outstanding customer outcomes. Day to day, you'll: Develop and implement national service strategy in partnership with key internal and global stakeholders Review and analyse financial and service data to identify trends, drive profitability, and implement corrective actions Collaborate with regional service teams to ensure a consistent, excellent service experience for our customer across every region Review and approve service pricing Define and oversee policies, procedures, and KPI compliance across service teams Coach, mentor, and develop your national team, including building a technical training pathway for Field Service Engineers Lead service readiness as part of the product release cycle Represent company interests in Enterprise Agreement negotiations with technical employees Why Konica Minolta?
