Full Time | Wangaratta VIC We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic procurement and purchasing activities within our client's manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in delivering value-for-money outcomes and strengthening commercial and procurement oversight Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned to business objectives Establish procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks Lead supplier strategy, major negotiations, and contract management Identify and deliver cost‑reduction, value‑improvement, and efficiency initiatives Implement supplier performance management, KPIs, and review cycles Oversee purchasing activities to support production continuity Manage procurement risk, compliance, and supplier performance issues Support capital expenditure and major project procurement Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management within the procurement function Prepare procurement performance, savings, and commercial reports About You Proven experience in a procurement or purchasing leadership role Background in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred Strong commercial, negotiation, and contract management capability Experience developing procurement strategies and governance frameworks Don't miss the chance to be a part of a high performing and supportive team!
