We are currently seeking to employ a skilled Recruitment Officer who will be responsible for delivering efficient, end-to-end recruitment support across the organisation. This role focuses on candidate attraction, shortlisting, and coordination of the hiring process across multiple teams and locations. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the Recruitment Officer will assist the team in delivering a seamless candidate experience, maintain accurate recruitment data, and support the Hiring Managers in securing high-quality talent in line with business needs and timelines. PLEASE NOTE; Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete an automated one way interview as part of the screening process. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising, shortlisting, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination. Draft job advertisements in consultation with hiring managers and post across approved channels. Conduct application reviews and initial pre-screening assessments for candidate suitability. Liaise with hiring managers to arrange interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Assist with negotiating employment terms within approved salary bands and preparing verbal offers. Execute pre-employment checks including reference checks, working rights, and medicals where applicable. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring all candidate records are accurate and up to date. Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate with external recruiters or labour hire partners where required. Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on recruitment timelines, market conditions, and sourcing strategies. Prepare employment contracts, onboarding packs, and compliance documentation for new starters. Support the broader HR function and team as and when required Requirements: Certificate IV in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent (preferred but not essential). 2–3 years’ experience in a recruitment/talent related field or HR administrative role. Proven experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes across varied roles. Exposure to onboarding or mobilisation processes. Familiarity with award interpretation or HR compliance in industrial settings (Advantageous).
