The Role: End-to-end payroll processing across multiple clients and industries, including weekly payroll cycles Ensuring compliance with Australian payroll legislation, tax, and superannuation requirements Maintaining employee master data and payroll records Managing and resolving payroll-related queries from clients and employees Supporting process improvements and driving efficiencies across payroll operations Assisting with new client onboarding, including system testing and go-live activities Contributing to client relationship management and business growth initiatives You will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to adjacent areas such as employment taxes and financial reporting. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in end-to-end and weekly payroll Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards, and compliance Experience in a payroll outsourcing or multi-client environment (highly regarded) Exposure to Aurion or similar large payroll systems (preferred) Intermediate Excel skills with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Full JD available on resume submission.
