You’ll work on a mix of off-the-shelf and engineered solutions , tailored to real-world, high-risk scenarios This is a business where people genuinely enjoy the variety: “On any given day, you could be at a mine site, working with fire services, or involved in defence-related projects… it’s quite a unique environment.” The Role This is not a passive account management position. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of 50–80 key accounts , with a clear focus on: Driving revenue growth within existing clients (not just maintaining them) Identifying and converting new opportunities within established accounts Delivering customised, solution-led sales across a broad product portfolio Building long-term relationships with stakeholders across: Operations Procurement Health & Safety Leading commercial discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations Supporting and influencing distributor and channel partners Representing the business at industry events and customer sites Managing pipeline, forecasting, and account planning via CRM While you’ll inherit established relationships, there is a strong expectation to expand share of wallet and unlock new revenue streams within those accounts. What You’ll Be Selling A suite of critical safety and operational solutions , including: Respiratory protection (from disposable masks to advanced breathing apparatus) Gas and flame detection systems (portable and fixed) Drug and alcohol testing solutions used by law enforcement Safety equipment used across mining, industrial plants, and emergency services What Makes This Role Different You’ll work with blue-chip clients and major operators across industries like mining, oil & gas, and government Strong brand recognition - particularly in mining and safety-critical environments Backed by a highly experienced, technical internal team What We’re Looking For Non-negotiables: Proven experience in B2B sales or account management Strong ability to build and grow client relationships Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles Highly regarded: Experience selling into industrial, mining, utilities, or technical environments Exposure to safety, equipment, or solution-based sales Experience working with enterprise or blue-chip clients What will make you stand out: Proactive, “hunter within accounts” mindset Ability to navigate complex organisations and buying processes Strong relationship builder who can act as a trusted advisor, not just a supplier
