Senior Occupational Therapist – Build & Lead a New Service We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Occupational Therapist to lead the development of a new OT service within our growing organisation. This is a unique opportunity to build a team from the ground up , shape service delivery, and step into a future leadership role. About the Role In the first year, this role will be primarily clinical, with a strong focus on: Delivering assessments and therapy (paediatric caseload) Building a sustainable OT service model Managing a billable target of 26.5 hours per week (including travel) Supporting service growth through referral development and stakeholder engagement (approx. half a day per week) As the service grows, you’ll transition into a more senior capacity— overseeing therapy delivered by AHAs , focusing on assessments, supervision, and clinical leadership.
