Client Welfare Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a very well respected community service that provide a range of support services to vulnerable women to assist in the recruitment of Housing/Homelessness Case Worker on a Full time basis. The position is initially on a FTC until the end of September 2026. Role This position provides intensive, practical, and flexible case management support to women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and often have high or complex needs. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing collaborative case plans, and supporting clients to access and maintain stable housing. Support may include advocacy, referral, outreach, crisis response, and coordination with specialist services including housing, mental health, legal, AOD and domestic and family violence support. Criteria To be considered for the role you will need to meet all of the following criteria: Relevant qualifications in social work, community services or relevant field Experience in providing case management with women impacted by trauma Experience conducting safety plans and supporting women to access other services Good conflict management skills Further Info This pay range for the role is $92-97k Super NFP salary packaging benefits. External supervision is provided as well as a monthly RDO and access to a professional development. The position is a Monday-Friday role working normal business hours with some flexibility.
