The opportunity This is a hands-on Supply / Materials Planner role sitting at the heart of the operation, working directly with senior leadership. You'll own the end-to-end planning lifecycle — from demand forecasting through to ensuring materials and finished goods are aligned to meet growth. This is not a "maintain the status quo" role — it's for someone who wants to build, improve, and stay ahead of problems before they happen. What you'll do Own demand forecasting (short and long-term) across a growing, dynamic SKU portfolio Manage MRP and stock conversion from components to finished goods Coordinate with local and offshore suppliers across 8–13 week lead times Proactively identify risks, gaps, and supply challenges before they impact the business Support promotional planning and ranged coverage Take ownership of inventory accuracy, including month-end stock processes Work cross-functionally with marketing, digital, finance, and NPD teams What we're looking for 2–5 years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Materials Planning Strong Excel skills — comfortable working in spreadsheet-based environments Proven experience managing lead times, suppliers, and inventory A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — you spot red flags and act quickly Comfortable with autonomy, accountability, and working at pace Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or e-commerce is highly regarded Why this role?
