This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a high-calibre finance team, working closely with the Supply Chain function during an exciting period of strategic change. About the role Reporting to the Head of Finance – Commercial, you will play a key role in partnering with Supply Chain leadership to deliver commercial insights, drive performance, and support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include: Delivering insightful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions Partnering with stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Supporting investment decision-making through robust financial modelling Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders Driving continuous improvement across processes, systems, and reporting Supporting a broader supply chain transformation and strategy execution About you You are a commercially astute finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment. You will bring: CA/CPA qualification Proven experience in commercial finance/business partnering roles Prior exposure to supply chain or operations (essential) Retail or FMCG experience (highly regarded) Strong financial modelling and data analysis capability Experience working with large, complex datasets and systems (Power BI/SAP advantageous) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a continuous improvement lens Why apply?
