We are looking for a sharp, collaborative Demand Fulfillment Coordinator to join the Supply Chain team in Birtinya, QLD. About the role This is a pivotal coordination role sitting at the intersection of sales, production, warehouse, and logistics. Every day you'll be making real decisions - allocating production supply to sales order demand, confirming daily load plans, and determining forward ship dates based on inventory and production projections. You'll work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Production Planners, and Demand Planners to keep fulfilment on time and on target. What you'll be doing - Coordinate daily allocation of production supply to sales order demand and confirm load plans with Warehouse and Shipping within agreed timeframes - Review inventory and production plans to determine and maintain future ship dates for open sales orders - Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring production is allocated and sold while actively managing unsold or unallocated stock with Demand Planners and Sales - Oversee order engineering and substitution strategies to maximise sales outcomes and minimise late fulfilment - Provide timely, accurate advice to internal stakeholders and customers on stock movements, shipping schedules, and product specifications - Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Production, Logistics, and Supply Chain to keep planning activities in sync with business objectives What you'll bring - Demonstrated experience in operational demand fulfilment - Working knowledge of shipping and warehouse operations and their constraints - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills • Expert analytical skills and a strong process mindset - Experience working closely with Sales teams - Understanding of planning concepts - Beef industry experience and production planning knowledge are a bonus How success is measured - Weekly average daily load plan: consistency and accuracy of daily plans confirmed with Warehouse and Shipping - Maintenance of forward planned load dates: future ship dates set and maintained accurately against inventory and production projections - Unsold / unallocated stock: minimisation of unsold or unallocated inventory through proactive management Location & working arrangements This role is based in the Birtinya, QLD office and is fully on-site, 5 days per week.
