Sharp & Carter Healthcare is partnering with a well-established occupational rehabilitation provider to recruit a Senior Psychologist to join their Brisbane team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-based psychological services while supporting injured workers and employers to achieve safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals across occupational rehabilitation, psychological injury, and musculoskeletal conditions. The Role In this position, you will deliver consulting and case management services within an insurance-based, multidisciplinary return-to-work framework. The role involves working with injured workers, employers, and insurers to remove barriers to recovery and support successful return-to-work outcomes. Key Responsibilities Apply clinical expertise to improve return-to-work outcomes through effective case management Deliver Return to Work services including Worksite Assessments and Suitable Duties Plans Conduct services such as Psychological Functional Capacity Evaluations and Vocational Assessments Identify return-to-work barriers and collaborate with key stakeholders Communicate effectively with insurers, employers, and treating clinicians Provide subject matter expertise across occupational health and rehabilitation Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver outcome-focused care About You General registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist Minimum 5 years’ experience in occupational rehabilitation Strong understanding of insurance schemes (WorkCover, CTP, Comcare etc.) Experience within return-to-work frameworks and case management Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Professional indemnity insurance Full Australian working rights What’s on Offer Total remuneration package up to $160K FTE Up to $15K annual performance-based bonus Hybrid working model with workplace visits and work-from-home flexibility Professional development allowance Supportive multidisciplinary team environment Career progression opportunities Flexible work arrangements focused on outcomes Additional leave options and wellbeing benefits This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Psychologist seeking autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to influence meaningful return-to-work outcomes within a collaborative team environment.
