The Talent Acquisition Advisor role is designed to support high‑volume, repeat recruitment across key operational and clinical support functions. This position is intentionally hands‑on and delivery‑focused. It is ideal for a recruiter who thrives on pace, structure and outcomes, and is comfortable balancing end‑to‑end recruitment with essential HR and onboarding administration. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Manage up to ~25 active vacancies at any one time with support from the Talent Lead Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across high‑volume, repeat roles Write and post job advertisements Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews Sit in interviews and advise hiring managers Provide guidance on market conditions, role expectations and candidate availability Manage offers, employment contracts, variations and onboarding Stakeholder Partnering Partner with hiring managers following structured intake processes Educate and support inexperienced managers through recruitment decisions Operate in a collaborative, hands‑on environment with daily interaction Recruitment & HR Administration Prepare contracts, letters and recruitment documentation Upload and maintain data in HR systems Support onboarding processes and compliance administration Contribute to generalist HR admin support as required Additional Exposure (Optional) Depending on interest and capability, there is potential exposure and career development in: Employee relations and WHS matters Project work and process improvement Career fairs, expos and university engagement (ECU, Curtin, UWA) Casual, student and volunteer recruitment pipelines (These elements are not mandatory but curiosity and flexibility are highly valued.)
