Perth & Site Hybrid Role Available Now Health & Injury Coordinator - Mining | FIFO or Perth-Based Options PERSOL is one of Australia's largest and longest serving recruitment providers. We are currently partnering with a leading mining operation to recruit an experienced Health & Injury Coordinator. This is an initial contract opportunity with strong potential for extension, offering flexibility across site-based or Perth-based work arrangements. The Opportunity This position offers flexibility to work either on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth (site-based) or a 5/2 Perth-based arrangement, depending on operational requirements. You will play a key role within the Health & Injury team, delivering end-to-end injury management and supporting workforce health outcomes across the operation. Key Responsibilities Deliver injury management services for workplace injuries Ensure timely notification and escalation of injuries to relevant stakeholders Manage and process workers compensation claims in line with legislative requirements Coordinate and monitor Return to Work (RTW) plans Manage Fitness for Work processes for non-work-related injuries and illnesses Liaise with employees, leaders, and external providers to support rehabilitation outcomes Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance documentation Support delivery of health, wellbeing and injury prevention initiatives About You Proven experience in Injury Management, RTW or Health Coordination roles within mining, construction or heavy industry Strong understanding of workers compensation and RTW processes (WA experience highly regarded) Demonstrated organisational and case management capability Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Current driver's licence Experience Required Workers Compensation Case Management Injury Management (preferably employer-based) Coordinating onsite Health & Wellness Programs What's on Offer Flexible work options: 8/6 FIFO from Perth (12-hour days) or 5/2 Perth-based role Competitive hourly rate super Opportunity to join a well-established and supportive team Potential for extension and longer-term opportunities If you are an experienced Health & Injury professional seeking flexibility across site or Perth-based work, we encourage you to apply.
